US: Unoccupied Homes in Buxton, NC Collapse Amid Rough Seas From Offshore Hurricanes 2

On Tuesday, September 30, at least five unoccupied oceanfront homes in Buxton, North Carolina, collapsed into the Atlantic due to rough surf driven by offshore hurricanes Humberto and Imelda. Another home fell the following morning, bringing the total to six this week and 18 on Hatteras Island since 2020. No injuries were reported, but authorities closed parts of Cape Hatteras National Seashore due to dangerous debris.

Mongolian paper reports sumo cancellation

ULAN BATOR, Mongolia - A Mongolian newspaper dated Feb. 7, 2011, reports the cancellation of Japan's Spring Grand Sumo Tournament in March. The Japan Sumo Association has decided to cancel the tournament in the wake of a match-fixing scandal. Mongolia is home to grand champion Hakuho and many other sumo wrestlers in Japan.

Toilet paper for sex education

Sowledge, a general incorporated association based in Shizuoka Prefecture, central Japan, is selling four rolls of the toilet paper for 4,000 yen (37 U.S. dollars), targeting schools and children's homes with the aim of helping children obtain accurate sexual knowledge.
